General Notice

San Miguel Community Services District {Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:

Machado Wastewater Treatment Facility (WWTF) Upgrade and Expansion

Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the San Miguel Community Services District located at 1765 Bonita Place, San Miguel, CA 93451, until Friday, November 20, 2026 at 9am local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.

 Pre-bid Conference

A mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on October 13 , 2026 at 9am at San Miguel Community Services District, 1765 Bonita Place, San Miguel, CA 93451. Bids will not be accepted from Bidders that do not attend the mandatory pre-bid conference for the entire duration.
