A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on Wednesday March 11,2026 at 11:00 AM. This meeting will be held in person at the Machado WWTF at 1765 Bonita Place San Miguel CA 93451.

PRE-BID CONFERENCE:  A mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Wednesday March, 11 at 9:00am at San Miguel Community Services District, 1765 Bonita Place, San Miguel, CA 93451. Bids will not be accepted from Bidders that do not attend the mandatory pre-bid conference for the entire duration.
